Join Monique Riofrio as she leads you through a gentle aerial restorative flow, silks are set low to the earth and we will be mostly inside the silk hammock while Chazelle Owens uses her voice to transmit angelic tones along with playing the quartz crystal singing bowls.

This practice allows you to achieve opening of the hips, spine and other connective tissues bringing about better flexibility and relief from tension in the muscles. Deeply calming and relaxing for the mind, body and soul accompanied by crystal singing bowls to emit high vibration tones that produce healing frequencies which intern benefit the body by restarting our energetics system with sound helping us to become more attuned to subtleties in our environment and most importantly to reconnect us to our purpose in our essence. As you lay fully held by the aerial silk in your final resting pose you will be guided into a deeply restorative  relaxation.
